Rottnest Island & Perth's
Local Diving |
| Western Australia benefits
from the warm Leuwin Current that start in the tropical waters of the north
moving south along the coast of W.A.. The current carries with it eggs
and spores resulting in a mix of tropical and temperate marine life around
Perth. Whilst the coral is not abundant on deeper dives,
in the shallows it offers some unexpected good snorkelling. Rotto'
is a very popular island with many dive & snorkel sites. Look out
for the HUGE stingrays. |
